FEATURED PROJECT
Fully Dressed Process Columns
GCAW's delivery of two fully dressed process columns. At the time of shipment, both columns had the insulation installed, fireproofing applied. All downcomer piping was installed, heat traced, and insulated. Ladders and platforms were galvanized and attached. All valves were installed, including insulation blankets. All internals were installed.

FEATURED PROJECT
Critical Path Process Column
A critical path process column fabricated on an expedited delivery for an oil refinery. The column was fabricated in 78 days and dressed out with TSA (Thermal Spray Aluminum), Insulation, Intumescent Fireproofing, and Tray Installation in less than 40 days.
The column was completed and shipped ahead of schedule.
